Recent progression at Vistare Foundation Girls’ Home

Four girls have been released voluntarily from Vistare Home today. The girls named Kamala Rai, Sabina Rai, Nga Chhoti Sherpa, and Saraswati Bhujel have been officially released from the home after their legal guardians came to receive them at the organization’s office and residence at Sanepa, Lalitpur. Three board members from Asia Education Foundation (AEF) were present at the time of paperwork and release. Mr. Dambar Parajuli (the Honorary Director), Mr. Dinesh Uprety (the President) and Mrs. Jyoti Uprety (Member) endorsed the paperwork on behalf of AEF. Kamala Rai and Sabina Rai were received by their mother, maternal uncle’s son and daughter. Likewise, Nga Chhoti Sherpa was handed over to her mother and sister. In case of Saraswati Bhujel, her father and brother-in-law received her.

Kamala Rai is pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies (BBS) at Viswa Deep Multiple college while at the same time she is employed at Himalayan Rescue Association. Sabina Rai, Nga Chhoti Sherpa and Saraswati Bhujel attended their 10+2 Board Exam and are waiting for their result to be published.
